Paragraph writing assignment

Reminder that students are to complete the "hamburger writing" organizer to write a summary paragraph of the article we read in class today. The article "spitting to survive" is a non fiction text that describes how certain animals spit (literally) to protect themselves or in order to capture prey. 

Provide 3 details to your organizer from the text that support the topic sentence I provided at the end of class. Write a concluding sentence to compete the paragraph. 

We will be using this organizer in all future paragraph writing lessons and activities.
